Jeff Sessions Demands User information On Anti-Trump Website

0

Anti-fascists protesters got exactly what they deserved after the incident in Charlottesville.

Now, the DOJ asked for intel about the users of the anti-Trump site known as DisruptJ20.

Dream Host, the host, noted that will not, under any circumstances, turn over 1.3 million IP addresses of the anti-fascist, neo-socialists in question.

Take a look at the video below:

‘Jeff Sessions is working to keep his job. DreamHost is claiming that complying with the request will be going too far. They say it would be the equivalent of handing over 1.3 million visitor IP addresses, their information, email content and photos of the visitors to the website,’ says the Hill.

“That information could be used to identify any individuals who used this site to exercise and express political speech protected under the Constitution’s First Amendment,” DreamHost noted Monday. “That should be enough to set alarm bells off in anyone’s mind.”

The website serves as a magnet for violent rioters and their aggressive agenda.

Take a look at what the President had to say about it.

Trump Said Somehing Comey Wanted To Hide

0

“That is so illegal,” President Trump just turned to Twitter regarding the fact that James Comey leaked top secret information to the press. Oddly, this is the exact same thing that Hillary did and that James Comey blurted out about, states the Daily Mail. Check out what Trump had to say.

Trump then decided to retweet Sean Hannity.

To make his point, Trump retweeted Jason Chaffetz.

James Comey criticized Hillary Clinton for her handling of classified information. Now, he is getting accused of doing the same thing.

This is what the FBI’s Employment Contract states: “Unauthorized disclosure, misuse, or negligent handling of information contained in the files, electronic or paper, of the FBI or which I may acquire as an employee of the FBI could impair national security, place human life in jeopardy, result in the denial of due process, prevent the FBI from effectively discharging its responsibilities, or violate federal law.”

Don’t you agree that Trump has to drain that swamp immediately. Flush all these frauds and cheats down that swamp drain with the rest of the s****.

Did Democratic lawmaker Scot Hamann just threaten Trump’s life!?

0

Judging by his obscene Facebook status, Scott Hamann, a House Democrat ofMaine, has seemingly made a threat against President Trump’s life.

“Trump is a half term president, at most, especially if I ever get within 10 feet of that pussy,” Hamann wrote in the status Tuesday.

It appears that the Democratic legislator’s status came as a follow-up after one user on Facebook provoked Hamann by expressing their support for Trump.

Below you can read his Scott’s status.

GOP legislators from Maine instantly reprimanded the profane rant.

“Rep. Hamann’s comments demonstrate that he has joined the ranks of the radicalized in the Democrat Party. After these public comments, including a threat on President Trump’s life, House Speaker Sara Gideon should demand his resignation,” said Jason Savage, executive director of the Republican Party in Maine, for LifeZette. “The good people of his district and across Maine deserve better than violent threats against our Commander in Chief.”

“The good people of his district and across Maine deserve better than violent threats against our Commander in Chief.”

The tirade went on to include insults at Trump’s followers and, of course, the Democratic false narrative of how Trump’s team cooperated with Russia to get him elected.

“I just can’t deal with you ignorant people anymore,” Hamann wrote. “Trump was installed by the Russians because they wanted to undermine American democracy and embarrass our country.”

“Trump is a joke, and anyone who doesn’t have their head up their a** understands that,” argued Hamann. “The way he talks about and to women, that alone disqualifies him from leading anything. He’s an admitted rapist. He inserts his fingers into women against their consent. Would you be okay with leaving him alone in a room with your wife?”

But Hamman wasn’t even close to being done. Not only is President Trump an admitted sex predator, according to Hamann, he is also an anti-American racist.

“He’s anti-American, criticizing war hero John McCain … He’s an out of the closet racist. He’s a liar,” Hamman contended.

“Conversely, President Obama ran quite possibly the classiest 2 term presidency in US history,” claimed Hamman. “No scandals, successful commander in chief, zero rape victims, and he improved the economy month after month in terms of unemployment, GDP, and the stock market,” Hamann said.

The notion that Obama’s time in office was marked by no great scandal can easily be refuted if you call Benghazi, Fast and Furious, and the IRS targeting conservatives scandals, which they are. Mega-scandals, I’d prefer to call them!

Then Hamann took aim at everyone who disagreed with him and vice versa.

“Don’t like the truth? Can’t handle facts unless they come from Breitbart or Anonymous or your drunk uncle? Well then f**k you, snowflake.”

“Some of use are educated and actually follow current events,” wrote Hamann. “100% of intelligent Americans agree that Trump is a complete loser,” he went on.

“But go back to clinging to your guns because you’re afraid. P*ssy. See, it’s not only Trump supporters who can talk like complete assholes,” Hamann said in his profane tirade.

McCain used former British ambassador to Russia to collect dirt on Donald Trump

0

Former British diplomat Sir Andrew Wood has served as the British Ambassador to Russia for five years, a time that saw the rise of Vladimir Putin, first as an FSB security chief, and then as the President of the Russian Federation.

He also choreographed Tony Blair’s first visit to Moscow as prime minister, briefly losing touch with the new British prime minister in the crowds on the Moscow metro.

The 77-year-old politician also represented Britain at the funeral of Risa Gorbachev, the former first lady of Soviet Russia back in 1999.

Wood was caught up in several serious spying controversies during his time in office from 1995 to 2000. The FSB  intelligence officials have caught a Russian official using advanced tech communications devices to share information with British spies in Moscow.

The Russian government asserted that at least nine members of Wood’s team were involved in the activity.

Initially, the Russian government dismissed nine members from the embassy, reducing the number to four after prolonged discussions with the Ambassador.

But why is all of this relevant, you may ask!? Well…

The former British ambassador has recently acknowledged that he told U.S. Senator John McCain about the contents of the ‘dirty’ Trump dossier – but refused to share it with the President-elect’s political rival.

However, McCain said that he had done “what any citizen would do” by handing over the dossier, written by Christopher Steele, a former associate of Wood’s from Moscow, which included unsubstantiated secret information about then-president-elect Trump.

The Guardian covered the controversial story of how McCain managed to get his hands on the incriminating dossier.

It all started with an investigative company based in Washington D.C. being asked to seek harmful information against candidate Trump.

Not long after the presidential election, McCain attended a conference in Canada and met with a Western official who was aware of the file’s existence. The official was none other than Sir Andrew Wood.

Wood gave a comment about his talks with McCain, saying,  ‘I would like to stress that I did not pass on any dossier to Senator McCain or anyone else and I did not see a dossier at the time.’

According to the Guardian, the investigative company shared the documents with a  ‘retired Western European former counter-intelligence official, with a long history of dealing with the shadow world of Moscow’s spooks and siloviki (securocrats).’

It was only very recently that the WSJ exposed the ex-spy to be Christopher Steele. However, the contractor’s research was rather untimely as McCain had dropped out of the presidential race.

However, another Democrat who wanted to sabotage Trump asked the intelligence of the company.

But it is important to mention that even though a Democrat asked for the incriminating dossier, this does not especially have to suggest that Democrat was Hillary Clinton, someone from her campaign, or even the DNC.

Two top GOP lawmakers to introduce a separate healthcare bill

0

On Thursday, in the worst possible time, Senate Republicans’ efforts to amend Obamacare came upon an unexpected obstruction when two moderate Republican lawmakers said they will introduce their own health care bill.

Senators Bill Cassidy and Lindsey Graham’s effort to introduce a bill of their own on CNN, shortly before House Majority Leader Mitch McConnell briefed legislators, just displays the dissonance in the Senate chamber among Republican lawmakers in their efforts to repeal and replace Obama’s Affordable Care Act.

The two Republican Senators said during a joint meeting on Thursday with CNN that they will use the billions the government receives in taxes under Obamacare and transfer the money to the states.

“We’re gonna see which one can get 50 votes,” said Lindsey Graham, talking about the number of Republican lawmakers required to enforce any measure in the Senate, considering that Vice President Pence will be the decisive vote. “We’re not undercutting him; he’s not undercutting us.”

“Our problem has been trying to combine tax reform with replacement of Obamacare,” argued Cassidy. “We’re giving the money back to the states. The states can do what they want to do. A blue state can do a blue thing; a red state can do a red thing.”

The surprise announcement just before Senate GOP leaders released a revised health-care proposal Thursday that would allow insurers to sell austere plans that do not comply with requirements imposed under the Affordable Care Act.

GOP Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, who co-authored the provision for insurers to offer moderate coverage plans on the government health care exchange, said during a discussion on radio that the new bill proposal will contain a version of his amendment, adding that this “is a very positive development” for the reform.

“I think we’re making serious progress toward coming together and unifying our conference,” said Cruz, who appeared on Mike Broomhead 550 KFYI Phoenix radio show with Republican Senator of Arizona, Jeff Flake. Both lawmakers have refused to support the Republican proposed bill that would fix Obamacare.

Details of the proposal were closely guarded Thursday morning, and it was unclear what precise form the Cruz idea would take in the final bill.

There were no details immediately available for the proposed health care bill and at this point it is uncertain what direction Cruz’s proposition will take.

The Texas Senator’s intention is to enable insurers to sell plans that do not adhere to the requirements of the Affordable Care Act, including mandated coverage for preventive care, mental and substance abuse care, given that they offer at least one that does.

What it is focused on, front and center is lowering premiums,” said Cruz about his amendment to the measure. “You, the consumer should have the freedom to purchase the insurance you want.”

Sebastian Gorka says Clinton Campaign communicated with Ukraine officials to undermine Trump

0

On Wednesday, Sebastian Gorka, a member of the United States national security advisory staff in the Trump administration, told Breitbart News host Alex Marlow about the imminent victory over the Islamic State in Mosul, some countries’ attempts to oppose President Trump’s stance on immigration regardless of the Supreme Court’s decision to reinstate some of the ban’s features, and attempts by Ukranian diplomats to help Hillary in the 2016 Presidential election in the U.S.

Here’s Gorka’s view on the recent revelation about a meeting Donald Trump Jr. had with a Russian attorney to allegedly obtain incriminating information on Hillary Clinton, “Let’s compare that to the DNC, to the Hillary campaign that actually sends one of its operatives to the Ukrainian embassy to collect oppo research, to actually collect it and then coordinates with members of that foreign government attacks on our campaign.”

“So again,” Gorka went on, “the news media would have you look at something that doesn’t exist, while the actual real news story is never given any time on channels such as CNN.”

LISTEN:

Even though he is part of Trump’s cabinet, Gorka has been an impartial professional which is why there’s no reason why we shouldn’t believe his comments.

The probe into the Russian meddling has, so far, not yielded one piece of solid evidence that proves any wrongdoing by Trump or his associates’, and there’s no reason why we should suspect otherwise.

Justice Department prosecutes 412 people involved in health care scheme worth $1.3 billion

0

On Thursday, U.S. prosecutors stated that they have found over 400 people guilty for partaking in health care and opioid fraud that amounts to $1.3 billion in fake billing.

U.S. Attorney General Jeff Session called this scam the “largest health care fraud takedown operation in American history” suggesting that some physicians, nurses and pharmacists “have chosen to violate their oaths and put greed ahead of their patients.”

Six physicians from Michigan are among the accused of giving out prescriptions for unnecessary opioids. A rehabilitation organization in Florida is suspected of having recruited addicts with gift cards and visits to strip clubs that made them up to $58 million in fictitious treatments.

The network of people that have prescribed drugs reaches over 120 people, all of whom have been charged for the scam.

“They seem oblivious to the disastrous consequences of their greed. Their actions not only enrich themselves, often at the expense of taxpayers, but also feed addictions and cause addictions to start,” stated Attorney General Sessions.

The U.S. Attorney General added that approximately 300 health providers have been forbidden or suspended from partaking in government health care programs or prescribe medicine.

All of the accused in the fraud scandal are people who have unlawfully charged Medicaid, Medicare, or the health insurance program that provides service to members of the armed forces, veterans, and their families.

The charges include the billing of programs for unneeded medicine that was either never bought or never provided to their customers.

Here’s how Obama violated the Constitution according to Chuck Schumer

0

No matter what the Democrats or the Supreme Court believes, the fact of the matter is that the Affordable Care Act has been, and still is a bad choice for the people.

Obamacare has nor offered anything new to the people for the majority of its existence and, furthermore, one high-ranking Democrat acknowledged that Obamacare even violated the law.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer’s call to Mitch McConnell to cooperate in order to amend Obamacare has one paragraph that reveals more than Schumer intended:

Democrats are eager to work with Republicans to stabilize the markets and improve [Obamacare]. At the top of the list should be ensuring cost-sharing payments are permanent, which will protect health care for millions.

Even though this passage doesn’t seem to be anything out of the ordinary, Chuck Schumer’s confession that the cost-sharing payments are not at the moment permanent, and should be made so with a new law, bears no resemblance to the rhetoric former Democratic leaders have used, and it should, if the Affordable Care Act is to keep its legal credibility.

Jacobs said:

Section 1302 of Obamacare requires health insurers to reduce cost-sharing (i.e., deductibles, co-payments, etc.) for certain low-income enrollees who buy silver plans on health insurance exchanges. The law directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) to create a program to reimburse insurers for the cost of providing those cost-sharing discounts. But the text of the law does not actually disburse funds to HHS—or any other cabinet department—to make the reimbursement payments to insurers.

Not wanting to be bound by such niceties as the rule of law, the Obama administration started making the payments to insurers anyway, claiming the “text and structure” of Obamacare allowed them to do so. The House of Representatives sued, claiming a violation of its constitutional “power of the purse,” and last May, Judge Rosemary Collyer agreed, ruling that the administration violated the Constitution […]

Schumer’s statement last Thursday stands out because the Obama administration and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) have claimed, both in court and elsewhere, that Obamacare made a permanent appropriation for the cost-sharing payments. The law did no such thing, and a federal district court judge so ruled, but they attempted to argue that it did.

This basically suggests that by “conceding that Obamacare lacks a permanent appropriation for cost-sharing reductions,” Chuck Schumer has implied the payments the administration made were not approved by Congress. And according to Article I, Section 9, Clause 7 of the U.S. Constitution “No money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law.”

Lynch’s DOJ allowed Russian lawyer Veselnitskaya entry in the US without a visa

The mysterious Russian lawyer that had met with Donald Trump Jr. and other associates of President Trump including Congressmen, reporters, State Department employees, in an alleged attempt to share damaging information on Hillary Clinton, was originally allowed entrance in the U.S. by the Department of Justice run under former Attorney General under Obama, Loretta Lynch.

This puts a major gap in the Democrats’ theory that Trump had anything to do with sabotaging Hillary Clinton during the presidential election last year as it was Lynch, an Obama appointee, that allowed the lawyer to enter the U.S. without a visa in the first place.

Later on, a meeting was arranged by a Russian intermediary between Trump Jr. and the lawyer that was only recently revealed and made the Trump-Russia case even more dramatic than it really is.

Several days after the meeting in the Trump tower between Trump Jr., Jared Kushner, and Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya, the Kremlin-linked attorney attended a House Foreign Affairs Committee testimony in Washington, reveals a footage of the testimony.

Veselnitskaya was also part of a Russian lobbying campaign and was present at an event at the Newseum in D.X. where Russians played a film that opposed the foundations of the Magnitysky Act, an American human rights bill that Putin has condemned and tried to revoke.

And Veselnitskaya also attended a dinner with the chairman of the House subcommittee overseeing Russia policy, Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Calif.) and roughly 20 other guests at a dinner club frequented by Republicans.

Veselnitskaya was also present at a dinner with the Republican member of Congress of California Dana Rohrabacher, the Chair of the House Subcommittee supervising the Russian law, with about 20 other guests at a dinner club habitually visited by members of the GOP.

On Wednesday, during a discussion with The Hill, Rohrabacher remarked, “There was a dinner at the Capitol Hill Club here with about 20 people. I think I was the only congressman there. They were talking about the Magnitysky case. But that wasn’t just the topic. There was a lot of other things going on. So I think she was there but I don’t remember any type of conversation with her between us. But I understand she was at the table.”

He said he thinks Russian attorney Veselnitskaya and her associates in the U.S. that include former Democratic Representative Ronald Dellums were trying to influence other legislators to repeal the Magnitsky Act and reinstate the possibility of U.S. citizens to adopt children from Russia suspended by Moscow.

“I don’t think this was very heavily lobbied at all compared with the other issues we deal with,” he said.

Author Peter Schweizer says Russia owns US soil due to Hillary Clinton’s Uranium One deal

0

Political pundit, investigative journalist, and reporter Peter Schweizer, the author of the book Clinton Cash, who discusses how Hillary and Bill Clinton acquired their wealth by receiving money from foreign governments and businesses.

Moreover, he talks about the scandal where the Department of States had approved for the Clinton Foundation to receive$145 million from Russian shareholders of the Uranium One company.

The Clinton family cashed in on the Russian and somehow Trump is the lightning rod for them now for his cabinet members’ alleged irrelevant meetings with Russian officials.

On Fox Business’ “Lou Dobbs Tonight” on Tuesday, Schweizer said that the Hillary-run State Department’s approval for the money the Clinton Foundation received from Russian shareholders ($145 million) should be the subject of a federal investigation.

Schweizer recently discussed Hillary’s speech on foreign donations entering the U.S. saying, “It was a bizarre speech that she gave. It’s as if she was Rip Van Winkle has been asleep since the Clinton Foundation, Clinton Global Initiative had been functioning. If we are concerned about foreign government money in our politics as Hillary Clinton says she is let’s begin with the Clinton Foundation and begin with a very basic simple premise that is the Clinton Foundation agreed, signed an agreement with Barack Obama that they would disclose all of their donors on an annual basis. Under oath, Hillary Clinton told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee the same thing and we know they haven’t done it, that there are at least 1,100 foreign donations that they have any been disclosed to the American public. I was just shaking my head throughout that speech. It was. remarkable for her to say that.”

Said the author when discussing Clinton’s deal to receive $145 million from Uranium One, “Look there are a couple of things that are extremely troubling about the deal we touched on. number one is the amount of money $145 million. We are not talking about a super PAC giving a million dollars to support a candidate. We are not talking about campaign donations. We are talking about $145 million which by the way is 75 percent or more of the annual budget of the Clinton Foundation itself so it’s a huge sum of money.

Second of all, we are talking about a fundamental issue of national security which is uranium — it’s not like oil and gas that you can find all sorts of places. They are precious few places you can mine for uranium, in the United States is one of those areas. And number three we are talking about the Russian government.

A lot of people don’t realize it now, in parts of the Midwest American soil is owned by Vladimir Putin’s government because this deal went through. And in addition to the $145 million Bill Clinton got half a billion dollars, $500,000 for a 20-minute speech from a Russian investment bank tied to the Kremlin, two months before the State Department signed off on this deal. It just stinks to high heaven and I think it requires a major investigation by the federal government.”

He further said, “Everyone knows the reason that money flows to politicians is people want something in return. And particularly when you are talking about overseas in places like Nigeria or Russia or the United Arab Emirates. Those political cultures are rife with payoff and corruption.

“And to think that you have got a Nigerian businessmen pledging $1 billion with a B to the Clinton Global Initiative that he wants nothing from the Clinton in return is just laughable. I think the American people recognize that there is a pay to play system in Washington and that’s why you are seeing this rebellion against money in politics,” he added.
